Like many other CBT practices, we do not directly accept insurance and are not “In Network.” Instead, we assist our clients by providing the necessary invoicing for them to submit claims to their insurance for reimbursement utilizing what is commonly known as “Out-of-Network” benefits.

Generally, our services are eligible for reimbursement under PPO and POS plans. While HMO and EPO plans usually do not provide reimbursement, they may with prior authorization. We are not Medicare or Medicaid providers.
